I used to be that woman who was uncomfortable in her body, feeling bulky, puffy, and inflamed... just not the way she wanted to look or feel at all. And while I got "results" the way most of us do at first: by restricting. And it worked, until it didn't.

The programs give you the strategy, the practical skills, and tools to understand your unique body and apply what actually works for you. The sprint is designed to support you in applying that strategy when all routine goes out the window, and body comparisons are at an all-time high.

No gym, no equipment needed at all. The workout plan is built around your body type and your goal whether that's leaning out your legs, defining your upper body, or something in between. If you already know your body type, great. If you don't, the Sunday co-planning calls are the perfect place to start figuring it out together, and the workouts will still be highly effective regardless. There's also a bare minimum workout menu for the days when any kind of plan feels like too much.
Good, me too, and this was literally built for that. The entire sprint is designed around the reality that summer is unpredictable. The workouts require no gym or equipment. The resources cover airports, road trips, restaurants, and gas stations. The Sunday planning calls are specifically about working with whatever your week looks like, not against it.
You never have to turn your camera on. You can ask questions in the chat, post in the community without ever speaking on a call, and engage as much or as little as you want. You can even use an alias inside the Circle community. That said, every woman in this space is there for the same reason you are. The things you're afraid to say out loud are usually the things everyone else is thinking too. It tends to feel a lot safer than you expect.
There are two live calls per week for the full four weeks.

Thursday — coaching: 11:30 am Eastern/10:30 am Central/8:30 am Pacific/5:30 pm Central European
All calls are recorded and uploaded to your Circle community within 24 hours so if life happens and you can't make it live, you won't miss a thing.
