How much time will this take each week?

You’ll get results with just a few intentional hours per week. This isn’t about overhauling your life — it’s about integrating smart shifts into your day-to-day so they actually stick.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?

Then this is exactly for you. Most of my clients have "done it all" before. The difference here? We build a strategy that fits you and walk through it together.

Do I have to take a course first?

Not at all. Courses are great if you prefer to learn on your own. Coaching is for when you want deeper support, real-time feedback, and someone by your side.
(Note: You will, however, get more out of Momentum or Breakthrough when you have more context through taking the Body Bundle first.)

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the level of access and personalization involved, all coaching sales are final. I want you to join only if it feels like the right fit — and I’m happy to chat if you’re unsure.

What if I’m postpartum / busy / perimenopausal / traveling?
