A letter to you, before you decide.

I know you've probably invested in something before that didn't last. Maybe even more than once. A program you started with real intention, followed for a while, and then watched slowly fall apart when life got busy, the structure disappeared, or you changed.

Hey, I’m Alexia.

I'm a nutritionist, personal trainer, and health coach with a Master's in Nutrition, Bachelor's in Neuroscience, and a background in exercise physiology. I've been coaching women for six years, and before that, I was the woman who needed this program.

I tracked everything, worked out constantly, got results when I was locked in, and lost them the moment real life happened, or I just couldn't keep doing it. I know how it feels to be disciplined, exhausted, and low-key wondering if this is just how it has to be.

It isn't. I know that now because I studied & experienced myself out of it, and have helped hundreds of clients do the same. The program runs 8 weeks, May 11th to July 3rd. Each week, you'll have a few short modules to move through (45 - 90 minutes), plus biweekly live calls and a weekly check-in. So realistically, one to two focused hours a week.

That's it. But, those hours are the last time you'll ever have to think this hard about your body. You're not consuming content for the sake of it. You're building an understanding that stays with you. No more googling, programs, or starting over. One focused season so that everything after it gets to be easy.

(And let's be real, most women spend years trying to figure this out in the background of their life: a little bit, or a lot, of mental energy every single day, indefinitely. 8 weeks of intention now to never have to think about it the same way again isn't a time commitment, it's a trade.)

What's the time commitment?

No, but you probably have it anyway. While you're learning a ton, you'll also be unlearning a lot of misinformation, which is just as important at this stage of the journey.

Do I need prior experience with nutrition or training?
