Hey, I’m Alexia.

I know what it’s like to feel torn between wanting to feel amazing in your body – and feeling guilty for wanting it in the first place.

I’ve lived the pressure to be thin, the obsession with control, the subtle messaging that told me my value was in how little space I took up.

Over the years, I’ve unraveled the beliefs I was raised with – some lovingly passed down, others shaped by a culture obsessed with shrinking women– and replaced them with new ones. Ones rooted in my truth, wholeness, and choice.

Now, as a mum of a babygirl, I feel the urgency & responsibility to not just heal this in myself—but to help other women do the same. Because it’s not just about us. It’s about who we model for. And it’s about reclaiming our space.
