A personal trainer + health coach who wants to enjoy the holidays, not survive them.

Of course I still want to feel strong, confident, and good in my body. But as a trainer and mom, I’m just as excited about creating a beautiful season for my daughter: the cozy mornings, the twinkly lights, the matching pajamas, the pies, the hot chocolate, the memories we’ll talk about for years.

I’ve spent my entire career learning how to stay consistent, feel great in my body, and enjoy every treat, tradition, and family moment without stress, guilt, or sacrificing my results.
That’s the approach I teach, especially this time of year.
