How it works

The workshop will be hosted live on Thursday, February 19th, at 1pm EST on Zoom. This is where I’ll teach all of the methods for reaching your best body with ease. You can ask me questions in real-time, and will get to connect with like-minded women who are all ready to stop feeling “behind” when it comes to their body goals.

That same day, you’ll get the recording + a Notion board with supporting resources & tips straight to your inbox. These materials are yours to keep, but you’ll have a week to go through the materials at your own pace, digest, and integrate the information, before we start community support.

Do I have to ask questions or participate?

I know this topic can be sensitive to move through in a group so you are always entitled to your privacy. Participation is entirely optional. You can keep your process private and still gain full value from the workshop.

How long do I have access?

You’ll have lifetime access to the replay and all prompts. The open Q&A support is available for five days following the workshop.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for women who are well-researched, self-aware, and motivated, who have already tried “doing everything right” but still feel unsure about what body they’re actually working toward. It’s powerful if you already have a solid foundation of knowledge + habits but keep stuck in the “what ifs” & “maybe I should try this or that…”. It’s also powerful if you’re thinking about reaaaaally going for it in 2026, but you want to have realistic expectations so you aren’t setting yourself up for failure (yet again).

What if I can’t attend live?

You’ll receive lifetime access to the workshop replay and prompts, along with a full week to watch, reflect, and ask questions afterward. The structure is intentionally designed to give you space to absorb and integrate, rather than rush.

Will I get direct support from you?

Yes. You’ll receive direct support during the live Q&A and throughout the one-week open support window after the workshop. While this is not a complete coaching container to fine tune your entire nutrition + exercise strategy, all questions related to the workshop content and your body goals will be addressed.
