You wake up and immediately pinch your lower belly fat… just to check.
Still not where I want to be.
Even though you’re working hard. Even though you’re “doing the right things.”
You head to the kitchen to make coffee, then pause.
“Should it be black?”
You actually love a latte… but everyone’s talking about lemon water. Maybe if you were just a little more disciplined, you’d skip the coffee, milk + cortisol spike altogether.
Exercise feels the same. You’re moving, you’re consistent, but the woman next to you at Pilates looks leaner, more toned. So you wonder if you should train harder. Or differently. Or *something else*.
Later, a friend asks you to go for happy hour. You want to say yes. You want to live. You want to be free… But a quiet voice says, "If I don’t try harder, I’ll wake up feeling like this again tomorrow."
So you stay home. Scroll. Watch people who seem to have it all – the body, the life, the ease – and wonder what you’re missing.
What you really want isn’t her body or her routine.
You want to trust yourself again.
To feel confident in your choices, confident in YOUR toned body, and free to live your life fully – workouts, coffee, cocktails, and all, without second-guessing every move.
