Are there any set times we are meeting or is it all self-paced?

It's "self-paced" meaning you can dive into the material whenever suits you best, but the blindspots will be uncovered over the course of 4 weeks to make sure we have time to IMPLEMENT rather than just "learn for the sake of learning".

Is this suitable for someone with dietary restrictions?

Yes, Nutrition Blindspots is suitable for anyone who ingests food, aka. EVERYONE! This challenge isn't about cutting out food groups or adding in specific foods that you may not enjoy or want to eat. This challenge is about being more strategic with the foods you're already eating to rev up your metabolism & get more results with your nutrition.

How does it work? What do I need to do over these 4 weeks?

Once signed up, you'll receive a confirmation email that you're in! (If you don't receive an email from me, outside the Thrivecart notification, send me a DM to make sure you're added to the Challenge group. On November 4th,  you'll access the Nutrition Blindspot Challenge – an exclusive Notion board that will host the audio recordings, the action steps & prompts for each blindspot. This is also where  I'll drop a question box for you to ask any questions at the end of week 3. Week 4 of the challenge will be dedicated to answering your questions.

Over the month of November, you'll uncover & be mindful of one blindspot at a time and make the appropriate changes so that you are slowly, but surely, optimizing your nutrition for fat loss before the holidays – and beyond!

If you've taken E-CE & Nourish, this challenge won't be completely new to you, BUT it will be a really great way to stay focused on specifics, be intentional & stay accountable. And you’ll have a whole group of women encouraging you to stay on it one day at a time for 4 weeks!
