Over the last decade, I have gone from disordered eating, emotional eating, and not ever being content with how my body looked to living my best life and feeling free in my body. It didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't easy.
I thought having a degree in nutrition would be the only answer because I learned how to optimize nutrition and the science behind cravings. But, the key to changing my relationship with food and my body was the blend of nutrition with my degree in neuroscience. Being able to understand how my brain works, why I behave the way I do, and that I can alter my thoughts, feelings, and actions began my journey to true healing.
Over the last four years, I have helped 150+ women successfully overcome their challenges with food, emotional eating, weight loss, and their relationship with themselves.
