I've been where you are

Over the last decade, I have gone from disordered eating, emotional eating, and not ever being content with how my body looked to living my best life and feeling free in my body. It didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't easy.

I thought having a degree in nutrition would be the only answer because I learned how to optimize nutrition and the science behind cravings. But, the key to changing my relationship with food and my body was the blend of nutrition with my degree in neuroscience. Being able to understand how my brain works, why I behave the way I do, and that I can alter my thoughts, feelings, and actions began my journey to true healing. 

Over the last four years, I have helped 150+ women successfully overcome their challenges with food, emotional eating, weight loss, and their relationship with themselves. 

The path to a life of freedom from food and loving your body isn't just by knowing what a carb, fat, or protein is and its benefits.

It's the ability to trust yourself in all of your decisions and being in your truest alignment. Because when I found myself again, I realized I wanted to share this gift to any woman who was struggling so that she, too, can live a life of freedom and a life where she loves her body!

Out with the food rules and strict diets, IN with the perfect nutrition strategy for you, your body, and your goals that includes all of the “forbidden” and your favorite foods! There’s a place for those foods in your diet, you just need to learn how to strategically place them, so that you never have to say “no” or crave those foods ever again!

Uncover what's true, authentic and aligned for you in every aspect of your life – including your relationship with food, yourself & life. When you feel SO good, taking care of yourself and properly nourishing your body becomes natural. We won't necessarily get you there in 10 weeks, but you'll have a roadmap to GET there.

What if I can't make the calls?

Group option: Depending on where participants are located, we’ll make sure that the calls are on days & at times that work for most of you. All the calls will be recorded and uploaded within 24hr. I would still highly recommend making the time to join the live calls so you get the most out of this experience.
1:1 option: You'll get to schedule your coaching calls depending on your availability.
